Taking another one here as banged up journeyman QB Cooper Rush takes the field for the Falcons today vs his counterpart Aaron Rodgers, who is closer to AARP than he is going to the Super Bowl. The Falcons backup QB today is Jack Strand; he played college football for the Minnesota State–Moorhead Dragons. I have never heard of those two entities before; sounds like it came from AI or the Madden Franchise generator.  This tweet sums up the Falcons roster building the last few years; I’ve never seen a fanbase so dejected (the Jets don’t count because that is just a constant state):

I like the Saints this year, and the Lions usually keep teams hanging around. This may be the most fun game to watch this weekend.

The Chargers aren’t this offensive juggernaut. The Cardinals blow and may have the worse offensive line in the league. RB Jeremiah Love is also questionable to play week 1.
