Month: May 2014

Thursday

No plays yesterday and none again today.  I missed Tampa with their 4pm start because I was doing actual work.  It’s currently tied 0-0 and Tampa closed as a small favorite but would have been a play nonetheless.  Lean on the Natinals/Pirates under 7.5. Will do better tomorrow, mostly because there are no day games.

Wednesday

1-1 yesterday for a small profit.  We missed the day games and a lean on the Indians who won a ridiculous game today in the series finale against Detroit.  Only leans and no plays tonight with Pittsburgh and Boston/Toronto under the best of the bunch.  More tomorrow.

Tuesday

2-0 yesterday and hoping for the same today with a pair of Rookie starters against some well-known opposition.

Dodgers (Beckett) @ Mets (Montero) +121

Tigers (Verlander) @ Indians (Bauer) +114

I was tempted by Reds/Nationals Under 6.5 due to the shitty lineups and quality starters but am going to pass.  The Reds lineup tonight is particularly dreadful.  Other leans on the Rockies and Boston/Toronto under for anyone looking for more action.

Monday

Only 5 games today but two plays:

Brewers (Peralta) @ Braves (Minor) OVER 7 +105

Tigers (Smyly) @ Indians (Kluber) -112

Experimenting with the small home favorite tonight.  Everything else lines up for a play with this one.  Braves should be interesting since they have scored 2 runs or less in almost half of their games so far.  Brewers with 9 righties against the lefty starter Minor.

Good luck.

Sunday

Friday’s games were both losers and neither was close whatsover with the aggregate being 16-1 or something close to it.  I took Saturday to sit in a corner and think about the money I set on fire.  In reality, there was nothing close to a play yesterday so I was enjoying the soccer & weather.  Nothing doing again here on a Sunday though I’ll run a final check on Minnesota right before first pitch.

Friday

Two plays tonight:

Oakland (Gray) @ Cleveland (McAllister) +125

Dodgers (Greinke) @ Arizona (Miley) +131

Thursday

Nothing doing today.  Baltimore was a loser yesterday.  6-4 +2.48 for the season.

Wednesday

Lots of day baseball and lots of action today.  Houston was an easy winner yesterday 8-0 and thanks to Pat for informing me that Dallas Keuchel is a quality pitcher and the clear ace of the Astros staff.  Leans on Philadelphia and Arizona today and a likely play on the Mets this evening with a confirmed play in the day games:

Tigers (Verlander) @ Orioles (Gausman) +116

UPDATE: Passing on Mets tonight with the low total.

Tuesday

1-1 yesterday with our total again winning easily and Arizona losing 6-5 with Addison Reed blowing the save.  Apologies to anyone who played Tampa on my suggestion as it was never close.  One play today:

Texas (Harrison) @ Houston (Keuchel) +105

Minnesota and their under are both nearly priced in with Nolasco going against Peavy but they are both leaners for zero dollars.

Monday

No plays and no post from me yesterday.  Sorry about that.  Saturday night’s play on Pittsburgh was good and I debated and ultimately passed on the same play last night, which St. Louis won 6-5.  Two plays today:

Detroit (Porcello) @ Baltimore(Norris) Under 9 -120

Washington (Zimmerman) @ Arizona (Collmenter) +110

If you are into away teams, Tampa is a good option tonight with Ramos vs. Felix.
