Wednesday
Our baseball under was a winner even with the game heading into extras finishing 4-3 and we got miracle covered in garbage time on our NBA total :(
Nothing doing today with the White Sox being the closest thing to a play.
Tuesday
Natinals won in the rain last night 4-0 in a game neither team was much interested in playing after the 3.5 hour delay in the 5th. Add this to the list of reason to switch back to a 154 game schedule with games like this involving teams that won’t play again this season being forced to complete. Kershaw returns for the Dodgers tonight.
Nothing doing on any MLB sides, but we have our first total of the season and it’s in Boston, Reds/Red Sox UNDER 9. A rare basketball total tonight as well, Miami/Brooklyn UNDER 192.5.
NFL Draft thoughts
Looked online today and saw that Clowney is -425 to be #1 in the draft; the field is at +325 and Manziel is +150 to be top 5. I kinda like the last two to be quite honest, especially with the trade talk involved. It’s May and I’m already betting on NFL……that’s how adverse I am to betting on baseball.
With the WSOP coming up, here’s some advice from Raul Ibanez on when to fold:
#Angels DH Raul Ibanez, who is hitting .144, on not starting vs. a RHP: "Shoot, I wouldn't put me in right now, either."

Monday
No luck with our series play on Columbus I left you with a few weeks back. The price got up to +240 or so in some places and as has been the mantra for all of hockey season, plus odds on coinflips or close to them are our friends. I probably would have doubled down and taken the Rangers in round 2 if given the opportunity.
In baseball tonight there is an unusually large slate of games for a Monday. One play so far and that’s Washington +101 hosting the Dodgers.
Marathon Parlay
Parlaying the Mets (-105 vs St L) and Red Sox (-160) today at +175.
Fun tidbit on Red Sox Marathon Day gambling history (it’s windy today too):
Since 2005, the #RedSox are 7-3 on #PatriotsDay with the 'over' at 6-3-1 over that span.

If only to do so just for an excuse to post this picture:

On Hiatus
Back on or around May 1. I leave you all with MC’s favorite team, The Columbus Blue Jackets +200 or so to defeat Pittsburgh in Round 1.
Wednesday
Detroit was an easy winner yesterday. We are continuing to fade the Hawks again today taking Boston +7.5. No hockey again but one baseball option with the dodgers late.
Tuesday
Nothing yesterday and a loser Sunday since our last update. Nothing doing again in NHL and MLB, but there is one NBA play tonight: Detroit +7 @ Atlanta.
One Shining (Gambling) Moment
Final Four today……gonna be two really good games for a really good tournament and the most watched ever.
Since Lou inquired about this early in the week:
Since the start of the season Kentucky's future odds have gone from +300 to +5,000 to +260. http://t.co/qKs3GgLAjE

I’ll take UK -1 vs Wisconsin. I think they have the best talent left. Team is another story.
I also like UConn +6.5 vs Florida and I’ll also prob put them and UK in a teaser too*.
*I don’t feel bad about that last sentence being a risky bet b/c of the shear volume of baseball degeneracy below me.
Running for yo life!
Good luck today
Saturday
Winners all around yesterday. Wizards won outright and both the Oilers and Predators were winners in the late games. Apologies for getting my play up 5 minutes or so before whatever the euphemism is for starting a hockey game. One early play this afternoon and that’s Philadelphia +165 @ Boston. I am not a fan betting against this year’s Bruins side, but they seem to be resting up for the playoffs with the #1 seed all but confirmed. Winnipeg tonight is an option for the aggressive folks at Toronto.
In baseball, Mets are a lean and I am passing. Dodgers are showing up right now, which is probably a mistake, as well as Oakland both at 4:00.
